Pierre Thibaud With an engineering degree from l’Ecole des Mines (Albi – 2002), Pierre has focused his studies and career on the pharmaceutical industry. He was a project manager for two major pharmaceutical engineering firms in Europe most recently as a director. Pierre know embraces a new challenge, establishing and developing Laporte Euro, a subsidiary of Laporte Consultants.

Pierre brings real added value to design of controlled environment areas. His expertise combined with the recognized process engineering knowledge of Laporte Consultants brings a new option to better serve the European pharmaceutical industry. His skills in project management, client relation and communication will contribute to building a strong team with both technical capacities and shared values.

JP Carrara With a Master's degree in Project Engineering and over 20 years of field experience, Jean-Pierre joined Laporte following the acquisition of Delta Field in 2013.

Jean-Pierre oversees a strong team of professionals specialized in industries with stringent sanitary standards and regulatory requirements. Recognized for his expertise in packaging, clean utilities and manufacturing processes, Jean-Pierre brings a vital contribution to projects and his leadership represents a clear asset to the Laporte Euro team.

Daniel Laporte Daniel Laporte obtained his Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering from the École Polytechnique de Montréal in 1987 and his Master’s in Operations Management from Manchester University (England) in 1991.

After gaining 10 years of experience in pharmaceutical engineering while working in industry , Daniel founded Laporte in 1999. By 2004, he had succeeded in building partnerships with technically-skilled professionals. This helped the firm gain significant know-how, a true knowledge of the market and a genuine desire to better service the industry.

Michel Gigon As a Chemical Engineer (1989), Michel has more than 23 years experience in the biopharmaceutical industry.

Michel continues to play an active role in the project design and management phases. He also plays an active role in the supervision of the process team. Combined with his counselling training and experience, the knowledge gained through his various functions in industry makes him a very relevant specialist, recognized in his area of expertise.
